Thanks for today!
It was a great live!
Once again I found myself being very proud of the fact that you guys are fans of the GazettE.
We really are a family.
We are not just ‘friends’ and 'band members’ and 'fans’.
I feel the same blood running in our veins.
I think that there are people who don’t know what’s going on so I’ll represent the other members and explain the current situation.
In today’s Kanazawa live Ruki’s throat was in a bad condition and he couldn’t get any voice out during the last songs.
When the fans were yelling for encore we had a meeting with the members and we decided not to cut some of the songs out of the setlist.
I explained the situation to the concert hall staff and that’s how today’s live ended.
To everyone who was really looking forward to this live: I’m sorry.
But when I explained this to you, the fans - you gave us an applause.
I was honestly very touched by that. Thank you.
I won’t tell you the exact reason (for Ruki’s throat problems) but to be honest it was the result of many things piling up and that’s all I can say about it.
In our band, Ruki is the one who cares about his physical well-being the most and we, the other members, aware of that because we are watching him the closest.
I want you guys to understand that this didn’t happen because his physical condition is bad. (READ: this is kai saying that it isn’t because smoking/drinking/him being ill etc.)
This has happened before and he has always recovered just fine so please give it a little time.
We’ll let you know what happens to the rest of the tour when we know more.
I’d like you to tell this to the people who are not in the fanclub too.
I hope that everything gets fixed before the Hachiouji live (it’s the next one).
Sorry. And also, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
